If so, Amazon India is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager to join the consumer marketing and reach organization. This is a unique opportunity to own and drive the marketing strategy for Alexa on Amazon’s shopping app in India.

In this role, you will need to think strategically and creatively to build marketing strategies for driving adoption and retention of customers using Alexa on the Amazon shopping app. You will be responsible for leading the marketing vision, including influencing key product features, refining positioning and messaging, and working cross-functionally to build and execute full funnel marketing campaigns (both onsite and offsite). You will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.

A successful candidate must be able to work at the strategic level (using customer behavior to generate bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (optimizing campaigns with merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data and solving problems). This candidate must be willing to learn and adapt to a brand new of interaction (voice + touch), have a strong understanding of all aspects of the marketing funnel, possess great project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success.

Responsibilities will include:
· Work with marketing and product teams in Alexa and Amazon India to devise the go-to-market strategy for “Alexa on the Amazon Shopping App”; Own all workstreams across multiple cross functional teams needed to get products to market including: PR, customer segmentation and positioning, roadmap prioritization and other critical marketing channels.
· Drive adoption of key Alexa features that simplify the customer’s shopping journey on the Amazon Shopping App
· Own and execute the onsite marketing calendar to leverage cross-site assets for marketing "Alexa on the Amazon Shopping App"; Own campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization
· Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team and Brand Marketing team to execute the digital and brand marketing campaigns for Alexa on the Shopping App
· Development of product positioning and customer facing messaging
