You will have the exciting opportunity to shape the business strategy on how we support Selling Partners and will play a key role to work with multiple internal stakeholders and business teams to grow the Lending business.

The Role
The ideal candidate is an exceptional marketer who has experience developing acquisition marketing programs. They will be involved in planning, executing, and measuring the performance of acquisition campaigns for third-party Seller acceptance of their Amazon Lending loan offers. They will own the strategy across channels (digital, direct mail, other) and develop targeted campaigns based on customer segment and behaviors. This candidate will own and establish acquisition projections and annual forecast, while establishing new benchmarks. They are comfortable designing and evaluating test and learn plans, understand how to optimize channel performance, and can draw insights from data.
