- 10+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or public relations in multi-national companies.
- 5+ years of building team and developing people
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study.
- Demonstrated success record in building brand in Vietnam
- Think strategically and attention on details
- Good oral and written communication skills both in Vietnam and English
- Experience on multi stakeholder engagement and earn trust
- Good judgement and good interpersonal communication

The Global Selling team in Vietnam is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s overseas marketplaces, and supporting local businesses’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Vietnam business to go globally. We’re now seeking a customer-centered, innovated, and think big Marketing Leader to grow awareness and consideration of Amazon Global Selling in Vietnam, plan and execute communication/engagement activities for Vietnam Global Sellers.
In this role, you will own Global Selling brand development and Seller communications in Vietnam. You will closely work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and problems, nail down go-to-market plan and execution. You need build scalable communication channels to do one to many engagement with prospects and Sellers. You will develop and manage the relationships with external partners to jointly promote Amazon Global Selling and generate demand. You have to build a team from scratch and develop an Amazonian team with key leadership on customer –centric, innovation and insist on highest standard. Your key internal stakeholders including Public Policy, Public Relation, Legal, Tax, Finance, Global Selling Seller Management teams, product teams and Asia Global Selling Marketing and Seller Success team.

- Develop Global Selling brand positioning and value proposition in Vietnam
- Own Seller Communication strategy in Vietnam both on messaging and channels
- Plan and execute 12-month marketing calendars to drive Global Selling awareness and consideration in Vietnam Enterprise community
- Build and grow online channels to communicate and engage Vietnam prospects and Sellers
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities to drive awareness, demand gen and support Seller Success
- Develop and manage key strategic partnership including but not limited government, associations etc. to jointly promote Amazon Global Selling in Vietnam
- Hire and build a customer-centric, innovated and insisted on highest standard marketing team
- Develop right metrics to measure success and drive right inputs
- Mange agencies and marketing budget to improve ROI
